WHY WE USE DISTRIBUTOR?
Compared with distributing powder by hand, use of distributor makes coffee powder be distributed more evenly. And also, it can reduce channel effect and
improve the quality of extraction, so that we can work more efficiently.
ABOUT DIAMETER
Actually, the diameter of common coffee bowl is 58.6mm at least, but not
accurate 58mm. By repeating testing, we find that 58.35mm is the properest
size of distributor and tamper. It can perfectly fit the bowl and reduce the waste of coffee powder.
ABOUT HEIGHT
We recommend you to adjust the height of distributor according to the amount of powder. It will be best to smooth the surface.
