FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS (FAQ)
You can trade in various coffee equipment such as espresso machines, coffee grinders, drip brewers, and accessories like milk frothers and tampers.
We have several criteria for trading in old goods, such as :
- Mint (Looks and feels new. Used preciously. Possible packaging but not fresh from the factory.)
- Excellent Plus (Appears mint from a glance. Usage noticeable only under close inspection.)
- Excellent (Signs of use but very well taken care of.)
- Average (Noticeable signs of moderate wear. May have scratches from typical use.)
- Well Used (Well used and may have dings, scratches, or brassing commonly associated with pro use.)
- Heavy Use (Functional. Shows significant brassing, scratches, and dents.)
PengenKopi Team will conduct an inspection of your old product at your home. Then, a report will be compiled to determine the value of your old product.
After receiving your old product data, we will evaluate it and decide its approve or reject it. You can check all notifications in the trade-in menu on your profile page.
Maximum time for the trade-in process is between 2-3 days and up to a week, but it can be completed faster.
Currently, each trade-in is limited to one old product.
